These materials were created by Dominik Lukeš. He has had extensive contacts with foreigners settling in the Czech Republic and other countries in the region, working as a language specialist for the US Peace Corps in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. He has studied culture and worked as a facilitator in over 20 countries around the world. He has contributed articles on language and culture to various publications. Some of the materials were developed for a cultural adjustment workshop run by Linguapool. Others as part of various Peace Corps contracts. Source of adopted materials is noted.
