It is normal (but not compulsory) to leave a few 10-haller-coins as a ‘tip’ at stores to round off the sum you pay (never add anything to a round sum).

Expect stores (especially outside of Prague) to close in the middle of the day for lunch. and not many stores are open on Saturday afternoon or Sunday.
